Mr. H Heating & Cooling — South Bend & Elkhart Counties is hiring a Licensed HVAC Service/Install Technician. You will diagnose, repair, and install furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, and IAQ systems for homes and small businesses, ensuring code compliance and accurate customer options.

The role requires on-site work, on-call rotation, and offers commissions, bonuses, and extensive benefits, with ongoing training to grow your HVAC career in a trusted local team.

Qualifications

• Indiana HVAC license required or able to obtain before start.
• EPA 608 Certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of residential/light commercial service or install.
• Valid driver’s license with clean MVR.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in attics, crawl spaces, or rooftops.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain furnaces, AC units, heat pumps, mini-splits, and IAQ systems.
• Perform licensed installations per Indiana codes.
• Conduct seasonal tune-ups and preventive maintenance for HomeCare+ Plan members.
• Explain repair options and estimates to customers.
• Document service work in the mobile app.
