Masters Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an experienced HVAC Install Technician to join our Fort Wayne team. This role centers on residential change-outs, installation, modification, and overhaul of air conditioning systems, furnaces, and accessories.

You will lead an installation crew, mentor peers, and ensure high-quality service while maintaining customer satisfaction and staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC installation experience with Journeyman.
• Lead installation teams and coordinate field activities.

About You

This position primarily works in the residential change out market and performs installation, modification, and overhaul, of air conditioning systems, furnaces, and related accessories.

• You will take accountability and have ownership to lead a high performing installation team
• Maintaining and/or repairing HVAC Systems in addition to installing is a plus!
• Customer-focused mindset; active listening, have attention to detail, and find solutions to best meet customer’s needs
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Planning, organizing, problem analysis, and great judgement
• Team focused on achieving common goals
• Ability to continue to learn skills of the trade and keep current on industry trends
• Commitment to delivering exceptional service for the company and our customers

We’re Looking For

• Leads: Experienced Professional – 5+ years of HVAC installation experience with Journeyman

• Candidate will work out of our Fort Wayne, IN office

Requirements

• EPA Certification (required to be eligible for bonus), preferred. Masters will pay for you to obtain one if you do not have one!
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
