Job summary

Hinkle Contracting, LLC, a CRH Company, is seeking an experienced heavy equipment operator to join our Kentucky field crews. This role works hand in hand with laborers to complete tasks safely and efficiently, with responsibility for operating loaders, excavators, and dozers as directed by the Site Foreman.

Qualified applicants will have at least five years of relevant experience, be able to perform pre-start checks and daily maintenance, pass pre-employment drug and background screens, and

Qualifications

• Five+ years of heavy equipment experience.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Pass pre-employment Fit for Work physical.
• Valid I-9 documentation.
• Ability to work long hours and in a team environment.
• CDL may be required for certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Operate loaders, excavators, dozers and other heavy equipment.
• Report to Site Foreman and follow daily job specifications.
• Perform daily pre-start checks and routine maintenance.
• Keep equipment clean and inspect for defects.
• Perform laborer duties as needed.
• Adhere to safety requirements and company policies.
