Qualifications

• 2+ years of security-related experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Must pass background check and drug screen as required by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff per site policies.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly following site protocols.
• Patrol healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding property.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management.
• Document incidents and patrol activity accurately and report to leadership.
