Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the healthcare facility, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Respond to incidents and medical emergencies calmly and coordinate with responders.
• Monitor access points to maintain orderly patient care and operations.
• Complete accurate activity reports and shift communications per site requirements.
