At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Background check and drug screen are required by law.
Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout facilities and surrounding areas.
Monitor access points and assist with visitor management.
Document incidents and patrol activity accurately and communicate information to leadership.
