Job summary

Honey Homes is hiring experienced handymen in the North Peninsula area. Earn $40/hr with a $2,000 sign-on bonus, Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm, and no weekends. You will manage a route of 40–50 homes from Daly City to San Mateo, delivering reliable maintenance and friendly service.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of handyman, maintenance technician, or multi-trade experience.
• Hands-on skill across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall.
• Prior work as maintenance technician, carpenter, plumber, or electrician preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting ability — can independently assess and fix most issues in a home.
• Attention to detail (clean caulk lines, professional patching and painting).
• Customer-friendly attitude — great listener, strong communicator, proactive.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and your own tools.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly (with or without reasonable accommodation)

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated route of 40–50 homes across the Peninsula as the trusted handyman for each homeowner.
• Perform residential repairs and maintenance across multiple trades: carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long‑term homeowner relationships.
• Use our mobile app to track jobs, tasks, and schedules.
