Job summary

Honey Homes is seeking experienced handymen for the East Bay, covering Oakland, Berkeley, and Piedmont. Earn $36/hr ($75,000/year) with a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Work Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:00pm, with no nights or weekends, and enjoy full benefits.

You will manage a dedicated route of 40–50 homes, performing repairs across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and more, while delivering excellent customer service and using our mobile app to track progress.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of handyman or maintenance experience.
• Ability to perform multiple trades in residential settings.
• Strong attention to detail in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and drywall.
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and own tools preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated route of 40–50 homes in Oakland, Berkeley and Piedmont.
• Perform residential repairs across carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and drywall.
• Install smart home devices and use the mobile app to track jobs, tasks, and schedules.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term homeowner relationships.
