Job summary

Swan & Gardiner CPAs is seeking an experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to ensure timely and accurate records and reports for our clients. The role supports budgets and payroll, requiring a self-starter who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of experience, strong QuickBooks and payroll knowledge, and a solid grasp of A/R and A/P, debits and credits. Public accounting background is preferred; this is not an entry-level role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of in-depth bookkeeping experience, preferably in public accounting.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and payroll reporting.
• Experience with accounts receivable/payable and basic tax reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timely and accurate records and reports.
• Perform data entry, bank reconciliation, and prepare monthly/quarterly statements.
• Supervise tax reporting for quarterly and annual filings.
• Understand compiled financial statements and assist with client needs.
• Handle additional duties as required.
