Job summary

CHS Inc. in Inver Grove Heights, MN, seeks an Experienced Logistics Router for the Automated Fuel Delivery team. This hybrid role blends in-office collaboration Tue–Thu with remote work Mon and Fri.

You will optimize daily fuel delivery routes, balance driver utilization and service levels, and make real-time routing decisions with drivers, dispatchers, and operations leaders. You’ll use routing, fleet management, and transportation management systems to plan daily operations, ensure DOT

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, dispatch, routing, fleet operations, or a related field.
Experience using routing, dispatch, or scheduling software and systems.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and maintain daily fuel delivery routes to maximize service levels and efficiency.
Monitor route execution and make real-time adjustments based on demand, weather, traffic, and equipment.
Coordinate with drivers and operations teams to resolve routing challenges and meet service commitments.
Analyze route performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
Use routing and transportation management systems to plan and execute daily operations.
Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies; communicate priorities to stakeholders.
Support scheduling and resource planning to align delivery capacity with business needs.
