Novo Building Products is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to load/unload heavy loads and move pallets in Amherst, NH. The role requires safety-focused operation and adherence to standard work procedures.

The position is full-time with a day shift (10am - 6:30pm, Monday - Friday). Candidates should be able to operate a forklift rated at 6,500 lbs and utilize RF scanners for location accuracy.

Qualifications

• Able to perform essential functions including physical tasks.
• Experience operating a forklift rated 6,500 pounds.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
• Basic math, teamwork, and ability to read written procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operates a forklift to move products and pallets safely.
• Communicates discrepancies or safety issues to Supervisor.
• Ensures products are scanned with RF scanner to correct location.
• Maintains clean, safe work area free of debris.
• Groups like products together and keeps them accessible.
• Completes Novo forklift training and follows safety requirements.
