Qualifications

• Must be able to move awkward product lengths and weight.
• Experience operating a forklift with a 6,500 lb rating.
• Use PPE and stay aware of hazards while maintaining a safe work environment.
• Read and follow written procedures and standard work instructions.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Overtime flexibility as required.
• Preferred: distribution or manufacturing experience.
• Experience lifting loads up to 2,500 lb and wide loads up to 18 ft.

Responsibilities

• Operates a forklift to move products and pallets throughout the warehouse to the designated area.
• Communicates discrepancies, product issues, or safety concerns to the Supervisor.
• Ensures product is moved and scanned with a radio frequency scanner to correct location and labels.
• Maintains a clean, safe workspace free of debris.
• Supports business needs by organizing like items together and accessible.
• Follows Novo forklift training and safety requirements.
