Job summary

Germain Ford of Beavercreek is seeking an Experienced Ford Service Advisor in Beavercreek, OH. You will own the customer experience in the service lane and be the first contact for vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics, with strong knowledge of product offerings and technician scheduling.

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will own the customer experience in the service lane and are the first point of contact for the client as it relates to their vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics. Well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service.
