Germain Ford of Beavercreek in Beavercreek, OH is seeking an Experienced Ford Service Advisor. You will own the customer experience in the service lane, serving as the first contact for vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics.

Strong knowledge of service offerings, scheduling, and customer service is required. Responsibilities include answering service calls, creating repair orders, acting as a liaison between technicians and customers, and coordinating loaners and warranty processing.

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will own the customer experience in the service lane and are the first point of contact for the client as it relates to their vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics. Well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Answerservice calls, set and confirm appointments
• Writerepair orders
• Act as a liaison between the technician and customer
• Assist your client through the service process.
• Collaborate with various team members for loaner availability, proper warranty processing and disclosure

Qualifications:

• Previous Ford Service Advisor experience preferred
• Proven track record of excellent CSI scores
• Strong sales performance and customer retention
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Outstanding organizational and follow-up skills
