Job summary

Germain Ford of Beavercreek is seeking an Experienced Ford Service Advisor to own the customer experience in the service lane and be the first contact for vehicle status, repairs and diagnostics. You will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service.
