Job summary

Citadel Drilling Ltd./Opla Energy is seeking an experienced Floorhand to join our rig crew in the Permian basin. The Floorhand reports to the Driller and supports pipe handling, tripping, and cementing operations as part of a high-performance crew.

Responsibilities include cleaning and organizing the rig, assisting with maintenance, and moving the rig as required. This on-site role requires good physical fitness, reliability for remote locations, and the ability to work a 20/10 schedule with

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience on AC Triple drilling rigs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communicator and team player.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Remote locations require reliable transportation.
• Valid H2S certificate and other required certifications.
• References available upon request.

Responsibilities

• Clean up and proper storage/placement of tools.
• General upkeep of the rig including painting and cleaning as required.
• Tripping pipe and making connections.
• Ensure drill floor is kept clean and orderly at all times.
• Assist Derrickhand in mixing mud and chemicals.
• Assist in maintenance and repair of machinery.
• Move the rig, rig up and rig out.
