Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass post-offer physical examination.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the country where the rig operates.
• Work assignments are 12 hours per day, for 14-28 consecutive days, followed by 14-28 days off.
• Basic ability to understand, speak, read, and write English.
• Prior drilling experience preferred for some roles.

Responsibilities

• Perform manual labor tasks on the rig site, including rig up/down, equipment operation, and maintenance.
