Delta Sands LLC is seeking a dedicated Floorhand to join our oil and gas drilling team. You will assist in setting up, operating, and maintaining drilling equipment, supporting the crew, and keeping the rig site organized and safe.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior drilling experience preferred but not required
• Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and lift heavy objects
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and extended shifts
• Basic mechanical skills and understanding of drilling equipment are a plus

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of drilling equipment and tools
• Support the drilling crew during operations, including handling and transporting equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the rig site
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
• Perform routine inspections and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
• Assist with the assembly and disassembly of drilling components
• Support the team in troubleshooting operational issues as needed
