Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Floor Layer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of various flooring materials and installation techniques. As a Floor Layer, you will be responsible for ensuring precise and high-quality installation of flooring in both residential and commercial settings.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and cut flooring materials to fit designated areas
• Prepare surfaces for flooring installation, including cleaning, leveling, and smoothing
• Install a variety of flooring materials such as hardwood, laminate, vinyl, carpet, and tile
• Ensure all flooring is installed according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards
• Follow safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
• Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
• Perform finishing tasks such as sealing, grouting, and trimming

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Floor Layer or in a similar role
• Proficiency in using flooring tools and equipment
