Job summary

NationaLease is seeking a maintenance technician to support its truck fleet across our NJ locations. The role involves diagnosing, servicing, and maintaining trucks, with emphasis on safety, reliability, and customer service. Training is provided for CDL/CDL-related tasks.

Qualifications include at least 1 year in Fleet or Dealership settings, ASE preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Equal opportunity employer and comprehensive benefits offered.

• Analyze diagnostic test results.
• Check vehicle lighting systems.
• Run diagnostic tests on vehicles.
• Ensure the cleanliness of the shop.
• Test drive vehicles to gauge performance.
• Maintain detailed records of serviced vehicles.
• Adhere to an inspection procedure checklist.
• Perform preventative maintenance on service trucks.
• Use hydraulic machinery to lift large equipment and vehicles.
• Replace vehicle engines, steering mechanisms, transmissions, and braking systems.

Pay Rate: $17.50hr - $34.00hr
