Job Title: Fire Alarm Service Test & Inspection Technician

We are seeking a Fire Alarm Service Test & Inspection Technician responsible for testing and inspecting fire alarm systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of systems like DynaNet. The technician ensures systems are tested efficiently to minimize downtime and maximize performance, adhering to high-quality standards set by DynaFire, Inc., while maintaining a professional and safe work environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Respond promptly to customer service issues and effectively communicate with customers, demonstrating patience when needed.
• Communicate needs clearly to ensure timely completion of DynaFire's scope of work.
• Test, troubleshoot, program fire alarm systems, and document compliance with industry codes and standards.
• Program fire alarm panels installed by DynaFire using hand and computer tools.
• Follow all DynaFire policies and procedures.
• Train and instruct customers on proper equipment use.
• Operate test equipment including Volt Meter, Ohm Meter, Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Tone Generator, and Battery Tester.

Requirements:

Training and Certification:

• Possess a two-year electronics degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of computers and communications systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate via ISP for VPN connection.
• NICET Level II certification.
