Job summary

ViziRecruiter, LLC is seeking a Financial Advisor to join a referral network connected to multiple bank branches in the Chicago area. You’ll leverage your Series 7, 66 (63/65) and insurance licenses to connect local clients with tailored investment solutions.

You’ll lead and coach licensed bankers, manage client relationships, meet sales targets, and design coaching sessions on investment strategies while traveling within your territory.

Qualifications

• Experience in brokerage or wealth-management industries.
• Licenses: Series 7, 66 (or 63/65) and an insurance license; Variable Annuity license is required.
• Motivated by commission sales and recognized achievement.
• Strong ability to motivate and train teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; adept at breaking down complex products.
• Willingness to travel within the local area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of licensed bankers toward sales goals.
• Manage client portfolios with complex financial needs and deliver solutions.
• Sell investment products and achieve sales targets.
• Design coaching sessions to train the team on strategies.
• Meet clients to understand goals and help realize financial dreams.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Track sales and coordinate daily with the team.
• Host seminars to grow business and referrals.
• Introduce clients to loans and estate planning where applicable.
• Mentor teammates and celebrate progress.
