Team Gillman in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager to lead the Finance team, close deals, and ensure compliance. You will train new talent, clearly communicate product features and benefits, and collaborate with sales leadership to maximize customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include directing the Finance staff, arranging vehicle financing, presenting add‑on products, and maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of financing options and rates.

• Must have 2 years of auto dealership experience in Finance Manager role.
• Experience with Honda products.
• Ignite experience.

• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through.
• Hold a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

• Must have experience with Hondafinancing.

• Automotive Finance Manager / Automotive F&I Manager assists department managers to lead and direct the entire Sales Staff while working as a Finance manager.
