Team Gillman in Houston seeks an experienced Automotive Finance & Insurance Manager to lead the F&I team, ensure compliance, and train new talent. You will explain product features, close sales, and coordinate with lenders to secure financing for customers.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in an auto dealership Finance Manager role, Honda financing experience, and proficiency with industry tools. A background check and drug screen are required.

• Automotive Finance Manager / Automotive F&I Manager assists department managers to lead and direct the entire Sales Staff while working as a Finance manager.
• Automotive Finance Manager / Automotive F&I Managers help our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and also present them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience
• Maintains thorough knowledge of financial marketplace and keep abreast of changes in products and interest rates
• Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines
• Prepares and mails all deal packages with proper documentation to lenders
• Fully proficient with title laws and registration process
