We’re excited to announce that we’re looking for a talented and detail-oriented Family Law Paralegal to join our legal team in Dallas, TX. This position offers a mix of in-office and remote work, with office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and sometimes Thursdays, and the flexibility to work from home two to three days per week.

In this role, you will:

1. Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, decrees, and orders.
2. Conduct legal research to support trial preparations.
3. Organize and maintain case files for easy access.
4. Manage multiple cases, tracking key dates and deadlines.
5. Perform administrative duties, including answering calls and maintaining files.
6. Assist lawyers in trial preparation, client meetings, and document drafting.
7. Draft subpoenas and coordinate with process servers.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of legal experience in family law.
• Ability to work independently and train others.
• Proficiency with Apple products and Mac OS.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Paralegal certification or relevant degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred).
• Task-oriented with a growth mindset and empathy skills.

Compensation

$65,000 - $90,000 annually
