Job summary

Applicants must have 3-5 years of experience in road construction and specific experience with Excavators. Overtime may be required, and physical capability to lift 50 lbs is necessary.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in road construction.
• 2 to 3 years’ experience operating an Excavator/Hoe.
• Knowledge of road construction materials and industry requirements.

Responsibilities

• Operate the excavator/hoe safely and efficiently.
• Perform daily maintenance and safety checks of equipment.
• Ensure trench is excavated to the proper depth/grade.
• Train new employees on equipment operation.
