Job summary

Jack DYKSTRA Excavating Inc. in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking an experienced Equipment Operator to join our field crew. You will operate excavators, dozers, and related heavy equipment safely and efficiently on pipe and site work.

You will read grade stakes, perform daily inspections, and collaborate with the crew to meet deadlines. This is full-time, year-round work with overtime opportunities and benefits; dependability and teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience operating excavators and dozers.
• Experience with site work, grading, earthmoving.
• Ability to read grade stakes and finish elevations.
• Reliable, hardworking and a team player.
• Valid driver's license.
• GPS machine control experience is a bonus.
