Kindly Direct Care is seeking an experienced Direct Support Professional for a higher-acuity, one-to-one assignment in Sussex County. The role requires calm judgment, reliability, and relevant direct-care experience to support a 30-year-old woman with limited verbal communication.

The schedule is Mon, Wed, and Fri from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, with possible weekend shifts. Pay ranges from $18 to $24 per hour, with driving on shift required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in DSP, CNA, HHA, behavioral health, direct care, complex care, or a similar high-support role REQUIRED.
• Strong reliability, judgment, communication, and ability to follow detailed protocols.
• Comfort with the specific support needs reviewed during screening.
• Ability to complete all required training and competency requirements before working independently.

This position requires a DSP with strong judgment, reliability, and relevant direct-care experience. Assist a 30 year old young high functioning woman with limited verbal communication. The ideal candidate must be able to remain calm under pressure, follow established behavior support strategies, and provide consistent, structured support in the home and community. The assignment rate reflects the complexity and expectations of this specific case.
