Job summary

Kindly Direct Care in Hainesport, NJ is seeking an experienced Direct Support Professional for a higher-acuity one-to-one assignment. The role requires lifting and assistance with shower chair and wheelchair, with an assignment rate reflecting its complexity.

Schedule: Any 1 or 2 days between Monday and Thursday from 8:30am-4:30pm. Pay: $18-$24/hour. Driving on shift is not required. Location: Hainesport, NJ.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in DSP, CNA, HHA, behavioral health, direct care, complex care, or a similar high-support role preferred.
• Strong reliability, judgment, communication, and ability to follow detailed protocols.
• Comfort with the specific support needs reviewed during screening.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the assignment.
• Driving on shift is not required.
• Ability to complete all required training and competency requirements before working independently.

• Respond appropriately to urgent concerns and follow emergency procedures.
• Maintain accurate service documentation and dependable communication with the care team.
