Apploi is seeking a DSP caregiver in Hopatcong, NJ to provide close one-to-one supervision and safety monitoring for a 30-year-old woman. The role requires following behavior support plans, maintaining calm, and adhering to training and competency standards.

Driving on shift is required, and schedule includes M/W/F 10:00–14:00 with potential weekends. Pay ranges from $18 to $24 per hour, reflecting the case complexity.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in DSP, CNA, HHA, behavioral health, direct care, complex care, or a similar high-support role REQUIRED.
• Strong reliability, judgment, communication, and ability to follow detailed protocols.

• Ability to complete all required training and competency requirements before working independently.

About This Opportunity

This position requires a DSP with strong judgment, reliability, and relevant direct-care experience. Assist a 30 year old young high functioning woman with limited verbal communication. The ideal candidate must be able to remain calm under pressure, follow established behavior support strategies, and provide consistent, structured support in the home and community. The assignment rate reflects the complexity and expectations of this specific case.
