We are currently searching for an experienced Desktop Support Technician. This role is responsible for providing first and second-tier support for a variety of IT systems, applications and hardware. The incumbent will be responsible for working with clients to understand and troubleshoot remote and on-site technical issues including network, firewall, server, desktop, printing and hardware.

Candidates must have 3 or more years of experience in an IT support role with strong knowledge of hardware, software and networking fundamentals. Previous experience in a customer facing role and a valid driver's license with a good driving record are also required.
