Job summary

Elite Recovery Group LLC is seeking an experienced, bilingual Debt Collector to join our fully remote collections team. This is a 100% remote, full-time role with an early schedule and no weekends, based on experience between $20 and $22 per hour plus commission.

You must reside in Arizona, be fluent in English and Spanish, and have at least one year of professional debt collection experience. The role focuses on inbound/outbound calls, negotiating settlements, and meeting monthly goals while

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound collection calls
• Negotiate settlements and payment arrangements
• Work assigned accounts consistently and efficiently
• Overcome objections and request payment
• Maintain accurate account notes and follow-up dates
• Communicate professionally with consumers regarding outstanding balances
• Meet individual collection and performance goals
• Follow FDCPA requirements and company procedures

Compensation & Working Hours

$20–$22/hour + Commission | Full-Time | 100% Remote

Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM | Friday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

Job Description

This is not an entry-level collections position. We are looking for an experienced collector who already knows how to work accounts, negotiate with consumers, overcome objections, secure payment commitments, and work toward monthly collection goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound collection calls
• Negotiate settlements and payment arrangements
• Work assigned accounts consistently and efficiently
• Overcome objections and confidently ask for paymentMaintain accurate account notes and follow-up dates
• Communicate professionally with consumers regarding outstanding balances
• Meet individual collection and performance goals
• Follow FDCPA requirements and company compliance procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous third‑party collection agency experience
• Experience negotiating settlements and payment arrangements
• Knowledge of the FDCPA and Regulation F
• Experience working high‑volume collection accounts
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding monthly collection goals
