Job summary

Client Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Debt Collector to join our Earth City office in a fast-paced call center. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, help consumers set up payment plans, and negotiate settlements.

We offer a Monday-Friday schedule with no late nights or weekends, paid holidays, PTO, health and life benefits, a 401(k) plan, paid training, and monthly bonuses based on performance. Pay starts at $20/hour and increases with experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of collections experience in a high-volume call center.
• Computer proficiency and accurate data entry.
• Strong verbal and written communication to connect with consumers.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to consumers regarding overdue accounts.
• Analyze accounts and negotiate payment/settlement arrangements.
• Maintain accurate consumer account data in the system.
• Provide excellent customer service through clear communication.

• Effectively and comfortably handle inbound and outbound calls to consumers regarding overdue accounts
• Utilize problem solving skills to find customer specific solutions in difficult situations
• Analyze consumer accounts and negotiate payment/settlement arrangements based on those analyses
• Ensure superior customer service through excellent verbal and written communication
• Notate and maintain accurate, up-to-date information for consumer accounts
