Qualifications

• College degree in Business, Finance or Accounting preferred.
• 2-4 years of customer service experience in manufacturing, distribution, or retail.
• Strong mathematical skills and ability to perform price, tax, and discount calculations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as JDE and MS Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professional, timely trouble shooting.
• Process customer orders, returns, credits, and ship orders accurately.
• Monitor and troubleshoot EDI errors and customer discrepancies with internal departments.
• Analyze customer accounts, sales data, and order trends to identify and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the ERP system and coordinate with sales, warehouse, logistics, and accounting teams.
• Prepare reports and provide data analysis to support customer service improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service level agreements (SLA).
