Job summary

Warren Oil Company, LLC in West Memphis, AR is seeking an Inventory Auditor to join our operations team. This on-site role focuses on cycle counts, accuracy, and warehouse control across our 399 umbrella locations, using RF scanners.

You will perform daily counts, report discrepancies, and collaborate with other departments to ensure precise stock levels. A high school diploma and JD Edwards experience are preferred; forklift experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years of JD Edwards experience.
• Familiar with inventory computer systems.
• Strong understanding of production, shipping and inventory.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Audit, count and locate raw and finished goods at locations under the 399 umbrella.
• Conduct multiple cycle counts daily using RF Scanner on Raw Materials and/or finished goods.
• Notify inventory team of discrepancies regarding pallet count or RF labels.
• Work with other departments to ensure inventory accuracy at all locations.
• All other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Audit, count and locate raw and finished goods at locations under the 399 umbrella.
• Conduct MULTIPLE cycle counts daily using RF Scanner on Raw Materials and/or finished goods.
• Notify inventory team of any discrepancies regarding pallet count, pallet tags or RF Smart Barcode labels.
• Work with other departments to ensure accuracy of inventory at all locations.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
