Experienced Customer Service Associate
Hybrid
Hours: Monday - Friday (8-hour shift)
About the Experienced Customer Service Associate role:
The Experienced Customer Service Associate plays a vital role in supporting operations by executing administrative and customer-related tasks with accuracy and efficiency. This position primarily involves working in client environments to generate and review reports, conduct vehicle document research based on specific criteria (such as VINs, vehicle types, and model years), and handle various ad hoc administrative requests.
The role also includes handling incoming courier deliveries, processing and distributing mail, and organizing digital records to ensure case documentation is complete and accurately maintained.
Our Experienced Customer Service Associates are members of a supportive team. Your excellent customer service and communication skills will help us create positive experiences for our customers and clients. Your punctuality and dependability are key to our clients’ success.
Requirements:
We’re looking for people with a passion for customer service, natural empathy, and the determination to deliver a comprehensive resolution. To be successful in this role, you will have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Administrative or customer support experience in a professional environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Experience working in client-facing systems and handling confidential data securely.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $35,280 - $44,100.
