What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform customer service activities related to self-pay and insurance billing inquiries as part of the revenue cycle process
- Assist patients in resolving billing issues, including setting up payment plans and responding to inquiries
- Document customer complaints and interactions in appropriate systems and provide detailed reports
- Track trends in customer service encounters and recommend resolutions to the supervisor
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up related to customer service activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- At least one (1) year of experience in revenue cycle functions within a healthcare environment
- Previous service/call center experience with strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

- Experience in a complex, multi-site healthcare environment
- Completion of regulatory/mandatory certifications and skills validation competencies
