Job summary

CORE is expanding its team of experienced investment sales and leasing advisors. The firm handles transactions from business development to negotiations, with opportunities to leverage existing relationships and build new ones.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3, preferably 5+ years of commercial real estate experience.
• Sales success in other industries is desirable.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with local market knowledge.
• Existing book of relationships is a plus; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Secure new and expanded client relationships.
• Gather and coordinate materials for transactions (listing agreements, commissions, leases, sales agreements).
• Prepare offers, term sheets, and lease amendments.
• Compile property data for clients (surveys, reports, maps, status updates, presentations).
• Prepare RFPs and review responses; analyze data and market comparisons.
• Maintain knowledge of market conditions, property values, and legislation.
• Provide tenants and landlords with leasing information and market data.
• Develop leadership skills to grow into a team lead.
