A dynamic commercial real estate investment firm is seeking a Commercial Portfolio Associate to manage leasing, marketing, and property operations. This full-time hybrid role requires a motivated individual with 1-3 years of professional experience. Responsibilities include tenant acquisition, marketing management, and operational support. Ideal candidates are self-starters proficient in Excel and CRM tools, and must be able to travel throughout New England. The position offers a salary of $60,000 annually, with performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of professional experience in any field.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel across New England.
• Self-starter with a 'hunter' mentality and comfortable with outreach.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate leads through cold calling and field canvassing.
• Develop and maintain high-quality marketing collateral.
• Work closely with the Asset Manager for property management tasks.
• Conduct property tours and manage leasing administration.
• Create and update detailed specification sheets for all units.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
