Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Cook preferred.
• Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
• Willingness to learn new recipes, techniques, and stations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards, and food preparation checklist.
• Follow proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure that all food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented appealingly.
• Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies and equipment.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized, following sanitation guidelines.
• Work with the kitchen team to ensure timely preparation and high quality.
• Collaborate with management to ensure kitchen efficiency.
