Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with project managers on system upgrades and integrations.
  • Program and troubleshoot DDC systems using ladder-logic.
  • Work hands-on with Tridium Niagara, ABB/Cylon, Distech, Honeywell, JCI, and similar systems.
  • Read wiring diagrams and control schematics; communicate clearly with customers on-site.
  • Ensure safety, quality, and project requirements are met.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Perform service, diagnostics, programming, and repair of Building Management Systems (BMS) and HVAC controls
  • Manage service calls from initial troubleshooting through resolution
  • Support urgent service needs while maintaining high‑quality documentation
  • Collaborate with project managers on larger system upgrades and integrations
  • Program, troubleshoot, and support DDC systems using ladder‑logic programming
  • Work hands‑on with platforms including Tridium Niagara, ABB/Cylon, Distech, Honeywell, Johnson Controls, and similar systems
  • Read and interpret wiring diagrams, control schematics, and mechanical plans
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers on‑site
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards, quality expectations, and project requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience diagnosing, programming, and repairing DDC/BAS systems
  • Strong working knowledge of ladder‑logic style programming (DDC, PLC, or similar)
  • Hands‑on experience with controls platforms such as ABB/Cylon, Distech, Honeywell, or Johnson Controls
  • Tridium Niagara experience strongly preferred (N4 certification a plus)
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in the field and manage service calls end‑to‑end
  • Customer‑facing professionalism with strong communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
  • Ability to pass a background check

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Occasional overtime and weekend work as required
