Job summary

You will handle field service calls, work independently, and participate in after-hours on-call rotations while delivering professional service.

Qualified candidates have hands-on experience with fryers, ovens, steamers, ranges, and related equipment, plus strong electrical and mechanical diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking equipment including fryers, ovens, steamers, ranges, and more.
• Manage service calls independently from diagnosis through completion.
• Deliver professional, high-quality service to commercial customers.
• Communicate clearly with customers, dispatch, managers, and internal teams.
• Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotations.
• Identify additional service or repair opportunities onsite.
• Maintain service vehicle and parts inventory.
• Complete required documentation and attend training sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Experienced commercial cooking equipment technician needed. This role focuses on hands-on troubleshooting, field service, and supporting commercial kitchens when equipment goes down. Prior hot-side experience and on-call readiness are expected.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial cooking equipment including fryers, ovens, steamers, ranges, and more
• Managing service calls independently from diagnosis through completion
• Delivering professional, high-quality service to commercial customers
• Communicating clearly with customers, dispatch, managers, and internal teams
• Participating in after‑hours and weekend on‑call rotations

• Maintaining your service vehicle and managing parts inventory
• Completing required documentation and attending training sessions
• Performing other duties as assigned by management

• Ability to work independently and make sound repair decisions

• Must be 18 years of age
• Successful completion of background check and drug screen
• Driving record that meets company safety standards
