Campbell Mechanical Services seeks a Commercial HVAC Service Technician to support commercial and industrial customers across Northern Ohio and Southeast Michigan. Based in Toledo, OH, this full-time union position offers steady work, comprehensive benefits through the union, and ongoing training.

You will diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, troubleshoot building automation, and complete detailed service tickets while working safely with the team and following union requirements.

Qualifications

• Commercial or industrial HVAC service experience.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and building automation systems.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• OSHA 10 Certification required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work in commercial/industrial environments.
• Comfortable with heights and ladders.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Service and repair commercial HVAC and mechanical systems
• Diagnose heating, cooling, ventilation, and equipment problems
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and HVAC control systems
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and equipment testing
• Identify equipment deficiencies and recommend repair solutions
• Respond to commercial service calls throughout the territory
• Complete detailed service tickets, reports, and equipment documentation
• Communicate professionally with customers, facility managers, and coworkers
• Follow company, safety, and applicable union requirements
• Work safely on ladders and around elevated equipment when required

Commercial HVAC Service Technician

Union Position | Full-Time | $Union Scale | Overtime Available

Campbell Mechanical Services is looking for an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to support commercial and industrial customers throughout Northern Ohio and Southeast Michigan.

You'll work on a variety of commercial HVAC and mechanical equipment, handling troubleshooting, repairs, preventative maintenance, and service calls. What You'll Be Doing

• Service and repair commercial HVAC and mechanical systems

What You Need

We're looking for a technician who can confidently troubleshoot commercial equipment and work independently in customer facilities.

Required:

• Commercial or industrial HVAC service experience
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and building automation systems
• EPA Universal Certification
• OSHA 10 Certification
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to work in commercial and industrial environments
• Comfortable working at heights and from ladders
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Preferred:

• HVAC trade school or technical training
• Journeyman status or ability to obtain Journeyman status
• Additional experience with commercial controls or building automation

Schedule:
