Job summary

Espresso Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to install, repair, and maintain espresso machines and related equipment across the region.

You’ll travel to customer sites, diagnose issues, and keep customers informed with clear timelines. We offer a take-home vehicle, a gas card, company credit card for expenses, cell phone reimbursement, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in the coffee industry.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to be insured.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Travel the region to install, repair, and maintain espresso machines, coffee brewers, grinders, and other specialty coffee equipment
• Utilize a company issued iPad to track time and materials in the FieldAware app, our field service management software
• Keep customers in the loop with timely updates on repair status and estimated timeframes
• Maintain your company-provided service vehicle in a neat, organized, and well-stocked condition
• Contribute to a tidy and efficient shop environment
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation for after-hours service
• Assist other service technicians with installations and parts delivery

Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

Essential Qualifications

• Previous experience in the coffee industry

• Proven customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of multimeter use
• Vo‑Tech school degree; or one to two years related experience with electrical and hydraulic systems
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Gmail, Chat, Drive, Calendar)
