Qualifications

• Must read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience with CNC programming and machining processes.
• Ability to use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts per specifications.
• Read drawings/blueprints to determine machining requirements and adjust processes as needed.
• Monitor machine operations and perform routine maintenance; troubleshoot issues.
• Inspect parts using precision tools to ensure quality.
• Provide guidance and training to junior CNC operators.
