Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of CNC Operator experience in manufacturing.
• Deep knowledge of CNC machine mechanics and controls.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Experience using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers).
• Strong math skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform drilling, grinding, milling, etc.
• Translate engineering drawings into precise production dimensions.
• Ensure CNC machines follow company guidelines.
• Oversee machines and adjust to improve output quality.
• Inspect finished parts and compare against specifications.
• Daily maintenance and checks of machinery for function.
• Read and interpret blueprints and models.
• Load raw materials into CNC machines.
• Understand task specifications from blueprints and drawings.
• Test and maintain tools for longevity and safe operation.
