Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist.
• Proficient in blueprint reading and machine programming.
• Solid knowledge of lathe and mill operations, grinding and drilling.
• Skilled with precision measurement tools and calibration.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; degree/certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and execute blueprints and schematics to machine parts.
• Program and set up CNC machines for operations.
• Inspect machinery and parts for performance and safety.
• Use precision tools to verify quality and tolerances.
• Operate lathes, mills, grinders, and drills as needed.
• Select tools and materials for machining tasks.
• Calibrate equipment to maintain precision.
• Troubleshoot issues during machining processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe workspace.
• Collaborate with the team and contribute to improvements.
