Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience preferred.
• Strong CNC programming and setup experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T.
• Experience with CNC mills, lathes, or both.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and/or CNC lathes.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs.
• Select appropriate tooling, speeds, feeds, and cutting parameters.
• Set up machines, including workholding, tooling, offsets, and fixtures.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and make program or setup adjustments as needed.
• Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks.
• Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Work independently while meeting production schedules and quality requirements.
• Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards.
