Overview

We are hiring! A manufacturing facility located in Kilgore, TX is in need of a CNC Machinist and Programmer(s).

Job site location: Kilgore, TX

Pay: Machinist $20/HR - $24/HR; Programmer $29/HR - $32/HR

Schedule

• Monday - Friday 7AM - 4PM
• 2-3 Saturdays per month (Sundays ALWAYS off)
• Overtime: Some required and some optional

Responsibilities

• Operating CNC machines (lathes and milling machines) to fabricate parts from raw materials.
• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to meet machining specifications.
• Using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, bore gauges) to ensure product accuracy.
• Proficiency in FANUC CNC systems, with some experience in HAAS machinery.
• Setting up and running multiple machines efficiently.
• Performing daily and routine maintenance on CNC equipment to optimize performance.
• Collaborating with engineers and team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Qualifications
