AMBAC International is seeking a CNC Machinist / Grinder to program, set up, and operate CNC mills, lathes, and grinders to produce products to customer specifications. In this role, you will collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow, maintain a safe and organized work environment, and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of CNC programming experience in vertical/horizontal mills, grinding, and lathe
• Programming experience in CAM
• Strong shop math skills and ability to work to metric dimensions
• Experience with Lean manufacturing principles and ISO quality systems
• Ability to set up and run concurrent jobs on multiple machines
• Experience with standard measuring equipment such as micrometers and comparators
